Research suggests that eating fish rich in Omega-3 can lower a woman’s risk of developing heart disease, including; hypertension, stroke and heart disease. A recent study conducted on women of childbearing age found that those who never ate fish had 50% more cardiovascular problems than women who did and a 90% higher risk when compared to women who ate fish one a week.
